Polaroid Sales

Final Sale

Polaroids are original, one-of-one instant photographs. For that reason, all Polaroid purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each image is a single, irreplaceable piece, and variations are part of what makes it unique.

Shipping

Polaroid orders ship via standard postal service and include tracking.

Cancellations

Polaroid orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Because these are unique items, orders move into processing quickly. Please review your selection carefully before placing your order.

Care Instructions

To preserve your instant photos over time, we recommend:

- Store in a cool, dry, and dark place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

- Use protective sleeves or an album to minimize dust, moisture, and fingerprints.

- If framing, choose UV-protective glass to help reduce fading.

We are not responsible for fading, wear, or damage caused by storage conditions or handling after delivery. Because these are one-of-a-kind items, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for Polaroids that become damaged in any way.

Gift Card Sales

Digital gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on gift card purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Gift card codes are delivered by email (typically within 1–2 business days after purchase). Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date the code is issued (sent by email). After expiration, the code can no longer be used and any unused balance is forfeited.
